TERMS of SALE: Cards sold are non refundable. Only returns due to damage and shipping errors will be accepted. Any damage or shortage with your order must be reported to MARY NESS within 5 days of receipt of the order. Returns once approved, will be credited for card exchange only. No credits or returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
SHIPPING: In Canada, orders are delivered to major cities nationally, within 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Deliveries for rural locations will be estimated at time of order. Cards are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel unless otherwise requested.
METHODS of PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed through SHOPIFY PAYMENTS.
