About The Artwork

'Blue Velvet' This is a mixed media painting which started as a heavily textured acrylic painting on Arches watercolour paper. It was photographed and brought into my computer where layers of additional colour were added - as well as a vintage floral digitally collaged in and given more visual effects. My intent was to create a harmonious, well balanced, playful composition.

Image size is 16x16 inch (40.64x40.64cm) Giclée print with 2 inch (5.08cm) border for framing on museum quality Epson Cold Press 340 gsm matte fine art paper. Signed, dated and numbered on the back of the print. Strictly limited to an edition of 5.
