About The Artwork

'Blue Mountain' is a highly textured 12" x 12" acrylic abstract painted on a 3/4" deep cradled panel.
I often work intuitively and begin with random strokes - letting the painting lead me in the next direction. In this case a tower or mountain began to develop out of my bold blue shapes. Now I found my direction - adding details to strengthen the composition and create a fantasy full of colour and light.

I want the viewer to feel the energy and spontaneity I felt while painting this - and to enjoy the many small details as well as the whole.

This painting, signed on the back, is ready to hang with wire attached and will be securely packaged and shipped to ensure safe delivery.  It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
