About The Artwork

'Home Sweet Home' This digital painting began with a geometric grid of shapes and lines floating over a mottled background. An imaginary building began to emerge. Working within this grid I added layers of muted colour, rich blacks and glowing lights. Expressive scribbles were added with one of my favorite digital brushes. These luminous brushstrokes can be seen weaving through the dark spaces. There now are windows and a welcoming path leading up to an entrance. I then created an elaborate rooftop befitting a grand tower. It sits firmly anchored amidst a flow of heavily textured brushstrokes riding a current of positive energy.

Image size is 22x28 inch (55.88x71.12cm) Giclée print with 1 inch (2.54cm) border for framing on museum quality Epson Cold Press 340 gsm matte fine art paper. Signed, dated and numbered on the back of the print. Strictly limited to an edition of 5.
