About The Artwork

'Little Red Triangle' This new media digital painting is heavily influenced by the works of Kandinsky and Miro. The geometry with it's hard edges is in contrast with my layers of loose scribbles and swirling organic shapes and digital brushstrokes. My palette is devoid of much colour except for my final addition of a full spectrum of glowing colour - which is mostly contained within the black but also dispersed with a burst of energy to the very bottom. The little red triangle is my last important addition to this work to bring it all together and strengthen the composition. For me, this painting embraces colour and I've placed it at center stage!

Image size is 20x20 inch (50.8x50.8cm) Giclée print with 2 inch (5.08cm) border for framing on museum quality Epson Cold Press 340 gsm matte fine art paper. Signed, dated and numbered on the back of the print. Strictly limited to an edition of 1.
