About The Artwork

'Hidden Treasures is a heavily textured acrylic painting on a 140lb sheet of Arches rough press 22.5"x 16" watercolour paper complete with deckled edges. It is painted over the whole surface - right to the edges and would be suitable in a float frame or with a decorative matte.

I often work intuitively and begin with random mark-making. This painting began this way and many painting sessions followed. These additional layers of paint add lots of texture and visual interest.

I want the viewer to feel the energy and spontaneity I felt while painting this - and to enjoy the many small details as well as the whole.

This painting is signed on the back and will be securely packaged and shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery.
