About The Artwork

"WONDERLAND" is an original acrylic painting on Arches paper where intuition and expressive gestures come alive. I built textured layers with a lively mix of pinks and yellows, softened by blues and defined with bold strokes of black and white. The dynamic composition and vibrant colors evoke a celebratory feel.

I took inspiration from artists like Joan Mitchell, Cy Twombly as well as early De Kooning, artists who embrace movement and emotion. My goal was to capture that same energy, allowing each brushstroke to contribute to a dynamic and intuitive conversation. This contemporary art piece is full of painterly layers and modern abstraction.

This small archival painting is created right to the edges of a heavy sheet of Arches cotton paper. Consider a floating frame to showcase the edges or choose a matted frame for a classic look.
