About The Artwork

'Endless Summer' is a heavily textured acrylic painting on a 156 lb sheet of Arches hot press watercolour paper. It measures 30"w x 15"h with a 1/2" white border suitable for framing.

I often work intuitively and begin with random mark-making. This painting began this way as well. Several painting sessions followed building up layers of texture with a variety of expressive brushstrokes and vibrant colours.

I want the viewer to feel the energy and spontaneity I felt while painting this - and to enjoy the many small details as well as the whole.

This painting is signed on the back and will be securely packaged and shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery.
